Who Am I?
I’m Roy.
I’m currently the Head of Engineering at a startup. My career has been a mix of software engineering (10+ years), a stint as a college lecturer, and now, executive leadership.
I’m obsessed with what separates a “good” engineer from a truly “great” one. I’ve learned that it’s a combination of deep technical skill and a profound understanding of people and systems.
